Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations: scheduling, workflow, client service, and staff coordination

  • Partner with leadership on policies, financial goals, and long-term strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture

  • Manage finances: budgeting, payroll, inventory, and KPI tracking

  • Ensure exceptional client and patient experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Veterinary or medical practice management experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to multitask

  • Comfortable with HR, payroll, and financial responsibilities

  • Passion for animals and team well-being
